Lauren Rae is a writer and author whose goal is to create written work that resonates with her audiences. Her newsletter ‘to all the dates I had before’ combines a love of runway collections with forgotten loves of the past, while her articles stretch from interviews to think pieces.
When creating I’M NOT A WRITER, Lauren’s sole aim was to create a body of work that encapsulated all that she was. From her torrid love affairs to job rejections and growing up as a Black Briton, no embarrassing life occurrence remained undocumented. In its brief stint on the net, her memoir, self-published on a limited print run, completely sold out, leaving her audience constantly asking: “um, when’s the re-release hun?”
Her second memoir, LOVE, WINE & OTHER HIGHS, was published in July 2022 under Little A publishing.
